The Hillsborough County Commission convenes this afternoon for a transportation workshop, where they will again discuss the one-cent sales tax referendum for transportation scheduled to go on the November ballot.  But as we reported yesterday, the measure's actual language has yet to be approved, and there might be a further delay.

The Tampa Bay Rays have changed their ways on the field in recent years.  In the front office?  Well, let's just say that yesterday was a bit of an embarrassment for the American League East champions of 2008;
