Passive Aggression

Re: "Peaceful Patriots" by Rochelle Renford (Nov. 1-7)

The title is not only an oxymoron, but it is both insulting and offensive to the victims, the survivors and the families who were subjected to the barbaric attack on the World Trade Center.

There is nothing inherently wrong with being a pacifist unless it interferes with and undermines the overwhelmingly, bipartisan endorsed national policies.

In fact, those national policies are in place and being defended in order to ensure that pacifists can continue to enjoy their First Amendment privileges.

Useful fools serve those interests directly opposed to and dedicated to destruction of our guaranteed freedoms.

HOPE-less

Re: "Filled with HOPE" by Rochelle Renford (Nov. 1-7)

Ebbony McDanieal desperately needs something more than she needs an apartment — birth control. She doesn't want to have a roof over her head and she has another baby? What is wrong with this girl? Her priorities are a mess.

Keep perpetuating the poverty, girl. You are just another baby-making, uneducated, ignorant, lowlife loser who can't keep her legs closed and you and your children are going to go nowhere in life. And we, the taxpayers, have to bear the brunt of it.
