Nikita Kucherov, one of the best shirtless Tampa Bay Lightning players of all time, is recently sold his South Tampa home in Beach Park.

Located at 4212 W Culbreath Ave., the home was purchased by a trust belonging to Kucherov in 2017 for $1,995,000, according to property records.

The Kucherov house recently for $3,372,400 earlier this month.   The listing agent was Allan Mezrah of the Toni Everett Company.

Built in 2014, the 5,668-square-foot house comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a master suite with a steam shower and a gas fireplace, a pool and spa, and more says the listing.

Don’t worry, Kucherov isn’t going anywhere. The Hart Memorial Trophy winner signed an eight-year, $76 million contract extension with the Lightning in the 2019-2020 season, and he’s actually just moving down the street.

In 2019, the Kucherov bought a $3 million teardown a couple miles away in Sunset Park to build his current pad, which sits on a half acre lot with 260-feet of waterfront.
