Available today for the first time, Lime launches a new and more convenient way to ride its scooters around Tampa, with a weekly subscription service called LimePass.

According to Lime, a full week of scooting unlocks will only cost $5, typically a $1 savings per ride.

This is the first type of subscription service in the micro-mobility industry, according to Lime.  The e-scooter company is finding that more and more people are using scooters to complete daily tasks and errands; Limepass is their response to this increase of frequent riders. Depending on how often someone rides, a Limepass user can start saving money after just a few days.

You can sign up for the LimePass scooter subscription service solely through the Lime app, it is not yet available on their website
