And as promised, we've now posted our story on Occupy St. Pete crashing the Chillounge event in St. Pete Saturday night. The activists were calling out Bill Edwards, the darling of the St. Pete establishment these days, as his Mortgage Investors Corporation is among several major financial institutions named in a whistleblower lawsuit, alleging that company (and many others) were charging illegal fees on mortgages for retired or active-duty veterans trying to refinance their homes.
