Morning everyone.
In the news today … well, whether you're ready for it or not, there will be another presidential debate in Tampa next Monday night, and a whole bunch of activist groups are psyched for the opportunity to bash the GOP-agenda on the USF campus.
Speaking of being psyched, we're as pumped up as anyone that the Republican Party has chosen Tampa as the site of their four-day political convention during the dead of late summer, but seriously, any drama inside the convention halls has been absent for decades. Yesterday the Democratic Party admitted that they don't need all four days for their confab and announced that they were cutting the event to three days.
And this Saturday in North Straub Park in St. Petersburg there will be a rally for "Liberty & Justice for all," with a heavy Tea Party bent, and will feature a speaker with some controversial views.
