President Obama went directly into the living rooms of the nation last night in his 15 minute address on what's the latest on the debt-ceiling talks, urging the public to contact their representatives in Washington, and essentially hoping that they can talk Congressional Republicans can accept a deal which will make them winners, regardless of whether it's the Boehner or Harry Reid plan at this moment.
Hillsborough County's government has struggled with their annual Moral Courage Award ever since they screwed it all up by renaming it for the late Ralph Hughes back in 2008 – nominations are being tallied out for a 2011 winner.
