Remember Libya? Congress was really concerned about the fact that President Obama hadn't consulted them when agreeing to being a part of a NATO mission there. Well, that mission may be changing.

The Tampa City Council is poised to vote on a panhandling ban next week - meanwhile, the debate raged on yesterday at a forum hosted by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

And Jesse Jackson was in Tampa yesterday, advocating against the elections bill passed by the Legislature earlier this year.
