Yesterday was a very busy day with Florida news, so let's begin by giving you a preview of tonight, when the Pinellas County Commission hosts its second and final public hearing on their proposed FY2012 budget. Tea Party members will be in attendance.

Just a day after Florida House Democrat Rick Kriseman held a news conference to announce he wants to repeal the controversial new state law that prevents doctors from inquiring if their patients own guns in their house, a federal judge has ruled the law is unconstitutional.

President Obama is getting a good (for him) approval ranking in a new national Reuters/Ipsos poll this morning, but the results are nearly so good in a state that is a must win for him next year, California.

We were at the GOP-CNN-Tea Party debate the other night, and dipped into the Spin Room afterwards. We weren't that impressed.
