The Oscar-snubbed Of Gods and Men opens in select theaters this Friday. Xavier Beauvois film tells the story of Trappist monks living and working in a small impoverished community in Algeria. When under the threat of a group of Islamic fundamentalist terrorists, the monks have to decide weather to stay or leave the community behind. (Read Andrew Schenker's great review of the film here.)
