Nailin' Paylin star Lisa Ann to perform in Tampa during the RNC

Sarah Palin's porn star doppelgänger, Lisa Ann, may not appear on any political polls or campaign to raise money for the GOP during the Republican National Convention (RNC), but she will do her best to make conventioneers reach into their pockets this August while she works a different type of pole, accepting donations on stage at a Tampa strip club.

"You betcha I am excited!" Ann said when contacted about her feature dancing performance. "I plan to bring Palin to life in a very special way for everyone at the RNC to enjoy."

Ann first gained notoriety in 2008 when she parodied the Republican Vice Presidential candidate in Hustler's x-rated, Who's Nailin' Paylin?. Now Ann will get a chance to revive the role for the same crowd that voted for Palin at the 2008 RNC.

Lisa Ann is just one of many x-rated acts Jason Lange, the President/CEO of Honey Hole Entertainment, will bring to Tampa strip clubs, including Thee Dollhouse, The Gold Club, and 2001 Odyssey.

“Our company plans on having at least 20 adult actresses including Lisa Ann, Nikki Delano, and stars from Digital Playground, Brazzers and Wicked Pictures.”

It's doubtful that any notable Republicans will risk their reputations by patronizing one of Tampa's many nude clubs. However, the convention is expected to flood the city with over 40,000 people, many of whom do not have a political career to protect, including venders, protestors and members of the media. In fact, Lange says he has already received reservations for the RNC.

“Several groups have already booked tables, rooms, and packages through us for the last two weeks of August," Lange said. "Due to confidentiality agreements we can’t say who but Tampa is going to be the bull’s-eye of adult entertainment and that makes our company really happy.”

Lisa Ann will perform Fri., Aug. 24 and Sat., Aug. 25 at Thee Dollhouse, 1010 N. Westshore Blvd., Tampa, 813-281-9389 or online at
