St. Petersburg is almost as dog-friendly as this guy.

St. Petersburg is dog-friendly AF, y'all.

Yesterday, to celebrate #LoveYourPetDay (which, TBH, is every day here at CL), St. Petersburg announced a new website, St. Pete PAWS. The website includes an interactive map (Yelp-style) where people can find dog-friendly hotels (shout out to the Hollander), restaurants (Red Mesa Mercado's pretty damn paw-some), dog parks — even fire stations with oxygen available for pets.

The site looks to be a work in progress — the bulk of the businesses appear to be downtown, and we know from experience St. Petersburg's west side has a ton of dog-friendly places (Craft Kafe on 66th and Central, for one), but it's a start and handy to have if you're looking for a place for you and your pup to hang.
