Welcome to On the Radar, where we preview up-and-coming arts events to mark your calendar for. Break out your best duds and take your little piggies to Clearwater Beach next Friday for the Abilities Guild’s Pig Roast Gone Sassy.

The guild needs you to help bring home the bacon for the Abilities Foundation, a nonprofit that raises funds for programs that serve various needs of persons with disabilities. This isn’t your typical swine and cheese party: You’ll squeal with delight as you pig out on a menu that includes “Porky on the Spit” (fresh roast pig) and “Mahi on the Grill,” as well as hors d’oeuvres and a buffet.
