According to Duke Energy, over 20,000 Pinellas County residents have been without power today.

The company’s outage map currently shows power outages stretching from Greater Pinellas Point all the way north to East Lake. The bulk of the outages seem to be Fairview Estates and South HighPoint areas.

A spokesperson with Duke Energy told the Tampa Bay Times that the outages appear to be related to their substation, and that they’re currently still investigating the issue.

As of now, the power is expected to be restored by 5 p.m.

We’ll update this story as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: Power has been restored as of 11:40 a.m. says Duke Energy.
