Governor Rick Scott has only until Thursday to sign or line-item veto portions of the $69.7 billion Florida budget passed by lawmakers earlier this month.
On Tuesday he received a list of what one pro business group says he should cut out of that budget – $203 million worth from Florida Tax Watch, who annually produces such a list.
