Two blockbuster stories lead off the report today.

The first is the Miami Herald/St. Pete Times story last night that reveals the personal expenditures of the American Express card the Republican Party of Florida allowed Marco Rubio to use when he was House Speaker. Check it out;

Another huge story is Louis Miller unexpectedly announcing his resignation last night as the head of Tampa International Airport. You can read about that here.

The other story to watch out for today nationally is the big health care summit to broadcast live from Blair house, right across the street from the White House. Expectations remain low;
