The gang allegedly offered Bishr $330,000 to pretend to be Hussein in a homemade sex film. Bishr repeatedly turned them down despite receiving several calls strongly urging him to reconsider. Then three men in black suits tried to kidnap Bishr on the streets of Alexandria, Egypt. With guns hanging from their belts, the men allegedly forced Bishr out of his car and into their van. But then an argument ensued and they tossed Bishr out of the vehicle. Perhaps up close Bishr did not look as much like Saddam as they had hoped.

While no known sex tape of Hussein exists, this gang wasn't the first group to plot to make a sex tape of the former dictator. Before the 2003 Iraq invasion, the CIA considered creating a video featuring a Saddam lookalike having sex with what appeared to be a teenage boy.

This attack raises many questions. Did the gang just want to cash in on the millions the tape would likely command from top adult distributors like Vivid's Steve Hirsch, who specialize in celebrity sex tapes. Or, just as rumors of Hitler's odd sexual habits involving feces emerged in the wake of WWII, did this gang seek to tarnish Hussein's already gruesome legacy? If so, what type of sex acts did they have in mind? Would the tape be billed as a prequel to "Two Girls, One Cup," or would it just harness the undeniable power of a large strap-on penis?

If I had the misfortune of looking exactly like a hated political leader, I would probably take the initiative and make my own fake sex tape to defame my famous double for ruining my good looks with his evil politics. But apparently some men cannot even be paid, or forced, into becoming part-time porn stars, as is evident by the Egyptian man, Mohamed Bishr, who was kidnapped by an Iraqi gang for refusing to star in a fake Hussein sex tape.
