Sarah Gerard received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Hofstra University and is currently pursuing her MFA in fiction. She is a freelance writer of fiction and poetry, an avid craft-maker, and most recently co-founded a new, non-profit, youth arts center in downtown St. Petersburg. She can also sing like Emmylou Harris and make beans and rice better than your grandma's. She loves travel and travel-writing, tattoos and Tom Robbins, live music and literature.
