Scott's rail fail: The aftermath, the outcry, the recall movement

Governor Rick Scott's rejection of $2.4 billion in federal funding for Tampa-to-Orlando high-speed rail shocked and dismayed Democrat and Republican elected officials, business interests, transit advocates and just about anybody else with any common sense.

But the Tea Party loves it. And the Reason Foundation should ask for author credit.
