Right now, a bunch of dudes are thinking "that bitch is crazy," while a bunch of women are wondering exactly what the guy did. (And no, dudes, the answer is almost certainly not so simple as "marry a crazy bitch.")

Also in not-bombs, a man was charged with planting a fake explosive device at a Virginia mosque formerly frequented by the late radicalized American Muslim Anwar al-Awlaki (who was killed in a drone strike in Yemen). On some deeply ironic level, though, planting a fake bomb does seem like the equal-and-opposite hyperbolic response to hyperbolically amped-up fake fear…

Rick Scott revealed his proposed state budget for 2016. It's awesome if you own a business in some other state and want to get paid to move here, but kind of sucks if you're a public school administrator or firefighter or animal that needs clean water to live.

And finally, pop star who hasn't released an album in three years Rihanna (whose new album is due next week, to be fair) will bring her forthcoming arena tour to Tampa's Amalie Arena on March 13. Parents who think they're totally on top of what their teen kids are into are stoked, and about to spend a lot of money on disappointing said kids.
