For local-politics obsessives, this is the equivalent of the two people you think are the world's most attractive starting to fight in Jell-O, then "accidentally" hate-sexing each other.
In other Tampa City Council news, the body approved the first stormwater services fee hike in more than a decade, upping the average rate by more than double.
