The postponed SHINE Mural Festival block party got down yesterday, and the intersection of Central and 5th Street got a makeover. And then it fucking rained, AGAIN, because of same-sex marriage or whatever. Can we get, like, 24 hours to just sort of catch up and take stock?
A dude who flagged down a Sheriff's deputy on Gandy Boulevard over the weekend and asked to charge his phone to use his Uber app, then casually whipped out a pocketful of stolen credit cards in front of the cop. You'd think that at some point, some of these people who are so absurdly bad at criming would just wonder if painting houses might be the way to go. Or real estate!
