Supermodel Karolina Kurkova is heading into her second attempt at finding a buyer for her extravagant Florida condo.
The home is located at 2013 Fisher Island Drive, unit 2013, on Miami Beach’s “millionaire playground.” The exclusive island, only accessible by ferry or yacht, is known for its privacy and constant influx of wealthy and high-profile residents.
Kurkova purchased the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in 2018 for $1.3 million, according to property records. She first listed the space for rent in January 2024 before placing it on the market in May for $5.9 million. Now, the condo is listed for $6.9 million, nearly six times its asking price seven years ago.
The ground-floor home boasts a bayfront lanai with views of the Miami skyline, a private patio, chef’s kitchen and all the elevated amenities of the island, like its spa and fitness center, beach club, sports clubs and Vanderbilt Mansion Clubhouse.
The condo’s asking price is $6.9 million and the listing agent is Julian Johnston with The Corcoran Group.
