The City of St. Petersburg welcomes New York Times best-selling author and NAACP Image Award winner Omar Tyree, who leads a Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial lecture, "The Dream Revisited: Has It Been Attained?" Tyree is joined by special guests Rev.
