We think not every charge against Marco Rubio about changing his positions is fair. But on cap-and-trade? It's pretty apparent that his rhetoric on the issue was much different in 2007 and 2008 than in 2009;

And members of the Congressional Black Caucus are holding a news conference today to question Barack Obama on his ability to do more for minority unemployment.
