The Human Society of Tampa Bay has since issued a $1,500 reward for information leading to an arrest, and now Bautisa is adding another $5,000.

Former WWE star, “Guardians of The Galaxy” actor and ripped defender of the animal kingdom Dave Bautista is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of the “sick piece of shit” who abused a local puppy named “Sage.”

Last week, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay shared Instagram images (WARNING: NSFL) of the alleged abuse, and stated that the 3-month old dog was found with a metal chain embedded into her neck and chin.

“A Good Samaritan was driving on the way home, and saw Sage eating garbage at 'The Home Cemetery,'" reads the post. “She stopped and Sage immediately ran up to her. She put Sage in the car and rushed over to HSTB.”

According to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Sage was in immense pain, but is currently being treated for her medical conditions, which also include overgrown nails and skin issues.

The agency has since issued a $1,500 reward for information leading to an arrest, and now Bautista is adding another $5,000.

“ATTN Tampa Bay: I will personally hand $5000 cash to the person who gives information leading to the arrest and conviction of the sick piece of shit responsible for this,” said Bautista in an Instagram post last Saturday.

This isn’t the first time Bautista has offered a hefty reward for a local animal in distress. Earlier this year, the actor offered a $20,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the “MAGATs” who wrote “TRUMP” on the back of a Florida manatee.
