Last night we reported on Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio's sobering report to the City Council on the city's budget outlook for 2011.  Iorio says the city must cut $27 million, which she says will be harder than the $90 million they've already cut over the past 3 years;

Rahm Emanuel seems to piss a lot of people off.  But a sympathetic Washington Post column supporting him has led to more intrigue;
