It was the best of times, it was ⦠the best of times. Really. The first day of Langerado ran like a finely tuned machine. The four-year-old alternative festival seems âput on by people who care more about the music and the audience than about making money,â as Wayne Coyne so eloquently put it. Each band began its set on time, vendors of all sorts (including our own Dunedin Brewery) were spread out conveniently and offered everything from sugar coated funnel cakes to creations by Langeradoâs official artist (Lebo), and even the Port-o-Potties were abundant, easily accessible and not entirely
disgusting. The relaxed crowd seemed ready to have a good time.
