Florida Senator and Tea Party favorite Marco Rubio said that President Barack Obama's decision to no longer defend the Defense of Marriage Act is "regrettable." He also lauded House Majority Leader John Boehner's creation of a five-member panel to determine whether to instruct the House's nonpartisan Office of the General Counsel to continue defending the law.
