A few years ago Bob Serata of Bernie's & Son managed to create a unique, yet classic, engagement ring based on my wife's and my crude sketches. He is a man who understands how to interpret the feelings his clients want to convey into a piece of jewelry. I returned to Bernie's & Son in downtown St. Pete to get an idea of how Valentine's Day impacts the jewelry business, and possibly to get a few tips on what I should get my wife.
