Suncoast Surfrider Foundation Texas Hold 'Em Charity Tournament for clean water, August 7th - The proceeds will go directly to Suncoast Chapter Surfrider Foundation who are then donating 50% to a charitable organization which are helping oiled animals. The remaining 50% will be allocated for water testing kits and various other chapter needs.

More than 20 bills added to special session on offshore drilling - but will House be around for any of them? - Republicans have denounced the special session as a glorified photo op for the Governor - particularly in the House - where there is absolutely no love lost for Crist.  One Representative - Oviedo's Sandy Greene-  has gone as far as calling on  Crist being censured for the act of calling the session together.
