Captain Travis Palladeno owns a fishing charter business in Maderia Beach. Since the spill, people have canceled their charters over concern that the seafood isn't safe. Despite studies by NOAA and others giving evidence that seafood from this region is safe for consumption, public concern has hurt Palladeno's pocketbook.
