American Stage Youth Ensemble takes on some pretty heavy playwriting with a limited run of Proof/This/Steel/Lion. The advanced teen theatre students – participants of American Stage’s fall semester theater program – perform scenes from contemporary award-winning dramas Proof, Burn This, Steel Magnolias and The Lion in Winter, showing off newly-developed acting chops and demonstrating what they learned from in-depth scene studies.
