• Mike Haridopolos

Mike Haridopolos confirmed last night that two staffers of his U.S. Senate campaign have been let go.

What that means for his campaign we'll let others decide. That news cam on the same night that results were made public showing the Florida Senate President taking a beating at a straw poll of Tea Partiers in his home region.

While noting that a grand total of just 72 people participated, nevertheless the survey is interesting: When asked which candidate for U.S. Senate they least likely would vote for amongst the Space Coast Tea Party set polled in May and June, Haridopolos was the overwhelming non-choice with 62 votes. George LeMieux received 7.

But among those same potential voters, when asked who they do support, Adam Hasner received the most votes – 36, while Colonel Mike McCalister came in second with 24 votes.

So what does this mean?
