Early this morning Tampa International Airport blew up the old Red Side Rental Car Garage, and thankfully they filmed the whole thing.
The video, which was posted on the airport’s Twitter account at 3 a.m. last night, shows the garage collapsing in a giant cloud of debris and dust. "Boom goes the dynamite!" said the account.

The planned implosion was part of the airport’s $2.5 billion second phase master plan, which clears the way for new express curbsides, a guideway to the yet-to-be-built 16-gate Airside D, and other facility improvements.
