Voting is now open for Creative Loafing Tampa Bay’s Best of the Bay (BOTB) and runs through Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m.

Nominees for Tampa Bay’s beloved, and sometimes controversial, 32 years running celebration of all things local were gathered during the open nomination period over the summer when more than 50,000 people, places, businesses and events were submitted.

Voting for these Readers Choice awards is happening now via vote.cltampa.com.

In 2022, voters can cast one ballot per email address in nine different categories:

  • Arts
  • Beauty & Wellness
  • Drink
  • Entertainment
  • Food
  • Goods
  • People
  • Places
  • Services
The options on the 2022 Best of the Bay ballot represent the Top 10 nominee getters in each award (if you see more than 10 nominees, it’s because there was a tie).

Readers Choice BOTB winners will be announced at CL’s annual Best of the Bay issue release and party happening on Thursday, Sept. 29 at Tampa’s Hard Rock Event Center at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The event—which gathers BOTB finalists and winners along with vendors and entertainers from across the Bay area—is open to the public, and tickets are on sale now via botbtampabay.com starting at $35.

If you’re among the list of 2022 CL Best of the Bay nominees, voting marketing materials, and the opportunity to update your contact info are available. Any questions can be submitted online.
