Thursday morning South Florida Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Florida Democratic party spokesman Eric Jotkoff hosted a conference call during which they discussed their get-out-the-vote strategy, which they're dubbing the Campaign for Accountability.

That campaign will focus on informing Florida voters about what Jotkoff calls the "culture of corruption" that has pervaded the Republican government in Tallahassee in recent years.

Officials with the Campaign for Accountability are to meet in Tampa to get instructions on going forward over the next 26 days, and Jotkoff says that they will hold between 30 to 50 such events before the November 2 election.

The biggest story nationally, which has been reflected in most states, is the rising enthusiasm gap between Republican and Democratic voters. But, surprisingly, party spokesman Eric Jotkoff denies that's the case in Florida.
