Weekend Recap: New Belgium in the Bay

6.13.14–6.14.14

The Tampa Bay area loves New Belgium—and being out and about this past weekend proved just that. The Street Team kicked it into full gear on Friday and Saturday with back-to-back nights on the beach, getting free samples into the hands of as many people as possible!

On Friday, we braved the rain and made it out to Sculley’s in John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach to catch some live tunes and give away free New Belgium goodies. The samples of Fat Tire and Snapshot were steadily flowing and three lucky locals landed on a very special panel on the CL prize wheel and were entered for a chance to win the Fat Tire cruiser!

The rain and clouds continued into Saturday, but we didn't let that stop us. Whiskey Joe’s in Tampa welcomed the Street Team with open arms. Lady luck was on your side on Saturday—more than 13 folks walked away with a free pint of beer! FREE BEER. Can it get any better than that?

We have two more weekends left of these limited-time New Belgium events, so if you've yet to take advantage of all of NB love, make sure you stop by the Brown Boxer in Madeira Beach on Friday and Irish 31 in Hyde Park Village on Saturday. We’ll have swag in tow, free beer to give away and even more chances to be entered for a chance to win the free cruiser! Check back on Thursday for details.
