There are eight classes of supernumerary nipples, ranging from a small blemish to a complete nipple with glandular tissue. This foot-nipple is considered a stage five as the nipple is clearly defined, but there is no fat or glandular tissue beneath it.

The real question is, what will foot fetishists make of this anomaly? Will they covet this foot-nipple, sending desperate pleas to this gifted Brazilian woman to start her own foot-fetish porn site? Or, will they view this nipple as a defect, like toe hair or a missing nail?

1 in 50 women and 1 in 100 men have extra nipples, or supernumerary breast tissue. Most of these extra nipples are found along the milk line running between the armpits and genitals. Some rogue nipples have been found on the thighs, face, back, and shoulders, but a 22-year-old Brazilian woman is thought to have the world's first full-sized foot-nipple.
