From the dry, crusty-looking Montsant region south of Barcelona comes a shockingly good, shockingly inexpensive red blend. Monsant surrounds the Priorat region like a pita sandwich, wrapping snuggly around an area known for its hefty wines and corresponding prices. I can't afford Priorat so Monsant it is.
