Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Rob Turner Today the Hillsborough County Commission's voted unanimously in favor of reaffirming the appointment of Sara Cucchi to the Value Adjustment Board after Rob Turner, Hillsborough County Property Appraiser, questioned the appointment.
