World Refugee Day will be celebrated around the globe on Saturday, and locally the Tampa Bay Area Refugee Task Force will observe the day with an event at Jefferson High School in Tampa at 10 a.m. This year’s theme is “It takes the WHOLE Community: Wealth, Health, Opportunity, Literacy and Education.”
