Miami-based celebrity chef leads Club at Treasure Island's Culinary Masters

Five courses, created and overseen by celebrity chef Ingrid Hoffmann, anchor the Club at Treasure Island's latest Culinary Masters event.

Hosted from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Culinary Masters — which has showcased renowned chefs such as Wolfgang Puck and Emeril Lagasse in the past — brings a VIP meet-and-greet reception with Hoffmann to the private coastal club, followed by a Latin-inspired, five-course dinner paired with select wines and spirits.

Raised in Colombia and now based in Miami, Hoffmann hosts the Cooking Channel's Simply Delicioso and Univision's Delicioso TV shows. Miami, where the chef opened Rocca restaurant, has provided the inspiration for her shows that spotlight meal planning as well as Latin-style cooking.

A limited number of tickets, which cost $175 for members and guests and $225 for non-members, are available to the general public (if they haven't already sold out). To reserve a spot, call the Club at Treasure Island's concierge at 727-367-4511.

Editor's note: This event was canceled, and the Club at Treasure Island is working on rescheduling for fall.
