Last month, when Lizzo played to more than 7,000 fans at a sold-out Yuengling Center, I wondered: “How long until she plays Amalie Arena?”

Here’s our answer.

On Friday, Amalie Arena announced that the rapper, flutist and singer-songwriter is headliner for 93.3 FLZ’s annual Jingle Ball concert set for December 1.

Joining pop music’s big, black belle of the ball is U.K. crooner Sam Smith (who played Amalie last summer), Fifth Harmony’s Normani, boy band Why Don’t We, ukulele-wielding singer-actor Max Schneider (aka MAX) and YouTube pop star AJ Mitchell.

A Capital One presale starts on Monday, October 7, and runs until Wednesday, October 9. A 93.3-FLZ presale then runs from Thursday, October 10 until Friday, October 11 before any remaining tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 11. Tickets start at $40, and more information is at iheartradio.com.
