On Sunday, Sept. 30, Topgolf Tampa will offer a complimentary golf instruction class to guests with hearing impairments. The Topgolf Coach lesson — hosted from 2 to 3 p.m. in honor of International Day of the Deaf, which is observed around the globe — is open to all skill levels.

American Sign Language interpreters also plan to attend the class, which will teach the fundamentals of golf in a relaxed, social setting.

In addition to the lesson, Topgolf is scheduled to unveil the first video to become available on every one of its game panels: a safety and instructional video presented in ASL.

"At Topgolf, we care greatly about being everyone's game," said chief executive officer Dolf Berle in a statement. "We hope that all members of the deaf community will join us for this opportunity as we celebrate this day which honors them across the globe."

Guests can register for the class, which is limited to 12 people, online in advance.
