Two Florida-based boozy companies known for their bold flavors and fresh ingredients, Clearwater’s Blood Brothers and Pasco-born Big Storm Brewing, are teaming up to increase distribution and sales of their craft beverages throughout Tampa Bay.
Big Storm is investing in Blood Brothers and will become a minority owner in the brand, and Blood Brothers’ bloody mary mix will now be available at Big Storm’s Clearwater taproom.
Big Storm also has a taproom in Pasco, but it won’t carry Blood Brothers' acclaimed bloody mary mix. The Blood Brothers offers a wide range of mixes and is known for its especially spicy bloody mary mix. The mixes can already be found at various local bars, restaurants and hotels throughout Tampa Bay—as well as on tables at the Blood Brothers' weekly residency at St. Petersburg’s Saturday Morning Market.
“Working with Big Storm is a natural fit for us,” Dax Hoover, co-owner of Blood Brothers Bloody Mary Mix said in an official statement. “Big Storm has the same commitment to quality, freshness and overall passion that we value at Blood Brothers."
