We lost Michael Jackson to the dark side years ago, and Prince spends way too much time putting out mediocre albums and playing ritzy nightclubs at $1,000-a-hit to be a pop star for the people. Luckily, we have Justin Timberlake, the boy-bander turned badass who danced, sang and even played piano with endearing aplomb at the St. Pete Times Forum in February. Leading a small army of ace musicians and immaculate booty-shakers through two sets of pop magic, Timberlake reminded us what a joy it used to be to watch The Gloved One.
