The place may be located in the boonies and the early-’70s-liquor store décor is nothing to brag about, but damn, do these guys have bargains on wine. Not to mention employees who listen and know the difference between cabernet and crap. B-21’s quarterly wine tastings draw fanatics from every corner of the Bay, mainly because you drop $25 and get a slew of great tastes. Take advantage of the place’s sale prices and you can walk in with $100 and walk out with a full mixed case. Or you can have that case delivered to your home or office.
