You might not realize it, but urbano music—which hit critical mass in 2018 according to P4K—is already a part of your life. You watched it at the Super Bowl halftime show when Bad Bunny and J Balvin joined J. Lo and Shakira in Miami, and Tampa’s going to get another up close and personal look when Zion & Lennox hits Amalie Arena on Friday, June 26.
Tampa’s appearance on the tour makes sense considering the area’s Latino population, but it’s still a pretty good get since the tour is only visiting 10 U.S. cities. There’s only one other Florida date on the jaunt (the tour closer on June 27 at Miami’s American Airlines Arena.)
“We’ve been thinking about this tour for a long time now. We wanted to do this tour, bring our fans the best of our music and give them a high-quality show, as they deserve,” Zion & Lennox told Billboard. "In addition to that, we will be commemorating our 20-year career with this tour."
Tickets to see the duo on its “Iconic USA” tour go on sale Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. EST. A press release says prices start at $39. More information and a link to tickets is at local.cltampa.com.
