Tonight in live music; Stargazer Lillies, Zac Brown Band, DJ Evil Dee

Chicken fried, shoegaze on a Sunday night

Stargazer Lilies w/Dreamgirl/Seafang The actual flora are pretty. The band’s sound — a reverb-soaked , psychedelic take on shoegaze — is even more gorgeous. Pennsylvania’s Stargazer Lilies, led by hubby and wife combo John Cep and Kim Field, arrive at the iconic watering hole and venue supporting their second full-length, Door to the Sun (released in June via Savannah, Georgia imprint Graveface Records). If you have a My Bloody Valentine shirt in your closet, then you probably want to be at this one. Get there early to see Missouri ghost-pop outfit Dreamgirl live up to their moniker in steamy fashion, too. (New World Brewery) INFO

Ol’ Dirty Sundays w/DJ Tony Touch/DJ Evil Dee The last time Tony Touch was at Crowbar’s Ol’ Dirty Sundays, this writer watched another legendary DJ (Charlie Chase) singing along as Toca Tony played some Doobie Brothers. It was an unreal moment, but nothing too out of the ordinary for this long-running, revered Sunday night get down. The addition of Da Beatminerz’ DJ Evil Dee to the bill could make for a legendary evening. (Crowbar, Ybor City) INFO
